Yorkshire Dales Best Bits - 1 night stop over. Sunday 27th - Monday 28th July.

Join Rolo’s Road Trips on a proper reeet good adventure up t North! 

Exploring the heart of the Yorkshire Dales this will be a Jam Packed Rolo Poly Road Trip full of Adventure and maybe a little bit of Cheese 🧀 😬

I have planned the 1 night stop over for a Sunday Night  so the “Bucket List” destination for all out doorsey people will be less busy on the Monday Morning🤞

We will be hitting the world famous STUNNING 😍Harry Potters Deathly Hallows Film Location  Malham Cove, along with Englands highest Waterfall Hardraw Force which just happens to be the same Waterfall Mr Kevin Costner took a dip in during Robin Hoods Prince Of Thieves….Ooooerrrr Missis! 🫣

And if that isn’t enough what about a quick ponder around the Wensleydale Creamery for some proper good Cheese!  FILL MY BAG UP! 🧀 

Plus we will do a stop and jump out at anything that looks remotely interesting on our travels! Why? Because Rolo’s Road Trips wants to make sure you get to see as much as possible - you can sleep when you get home 😉🚌👀

Itinerary 

Day 1

Pick up from 7.30am - Coffee/Snack stop on route.

Arrive at Hawes for 3 Mile Circular to Hardraw Force (The big one) £4 Admission 💦💦💦

Visit to Wensleydale Creamery. 

Mooch around Hawes and Dinner.

Check in accommodation - On route we will pass through more of the Gorgeous Yorkshire Dales, Caves, Waterfalls and little villages so shout “Hold up me duck”  if you want to stop and grab a picture! 📸

The accommodation will be 3 x Large Open Plan  Glamping pods Rated: Superb 9.3

Each with the following:

Kitchen, Bathroom, 3 x Double beds in 1 Room. Patio & Out Door Seating, WiFi, Outdoor Fireplace. 

I’ll bring lots of Marshmallows for toasting round the fireplace!
Feel free to bring a guitar so we can have a sing song too 🤣

Day 2

Breakfast (please bring whatever you fancy) 

Leave accommodation at 8am.

Start a 5 Mile Circular of Malham Cove, Janet’s Foss Waterfall and Gordale Scar -  

Finish with a little mooch around Malham for refreshments before heading home, maybe a little tired but a head full of fresh memories to smile about. 😁

Anyone wishing to come on the trip but doesn’t want to do the 5 Mile Circular there is plenty to do and see in the area if you want to do your own thing too.
